✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:
• You received the wrong item
• The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
• The item is incomplete (missing components from a bundle/pack)

📦 Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Items that have been used, opened, or assembled
• Custom or personalized items
• The item is incomplete (missing components from a bundle/pack)
• Surprise delivery setup products
• Items returned after 24 hours of delivery confirmation

⏳ Return Window

We accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:
• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for return or replacement.
• Requests made after this period may not be entertained.

📝 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

• Share your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s)
• Our support team will verify and guide you through the next steps

💰 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is approved:
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash
• Refunds may take 3–5 working days to process after confirmation
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued, excluding shipping charges

🔁 Replacements

In case of damage or incorrect item:
• We’ll send a free replacement of the product(s) at no extra cost
• In some cases, we may offer a store credit or discount on your next order

🚚 Return Pickup or Self-Ship

Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup. You may need to self-ship the product (if requested by our team) to our return address, which will be shared upon approval.
