Do you deliver party supplies across Pakistan?

Yes! We offer nationwide delivery of all our party supplies. No matter where you are in Pakistan — Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, or anywhere else — we’ll deliver your party items to your doorstep.

Is surprise delivery available in all cities?

Currently, surprise delivery is available only in Karachi. This includes room setups, surprise gift drops, and balloon arrangements. We're working on expanding to other cities soon!

Can I request a custom birthday package or theme?

Absolutely! Just fill out our “Request a Birthday Quote” form or contact us via WhatsApp. Our team will work with you to create a custom theme, color scheme, and decoration plan based on your needs.

How long does delivery take?

We offer Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) nationwide. For Karachi customers, we also provide Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery for eligible orders and surprise setups.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

  • Online Payments (coming soon)

What if my order is damaged or incomplete?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You can Track Your Order through our website using your Order ID or get in touch with our support team via WhatsApp for live updates.

Do you offer party setup services?

We currently offer basic room setups and surprise deliveries in Karachi only. Full event décor services (with team visits) are not available yet, but we're happy to guide you with DIY setup instructions!

Can I order in bulk for schools or events?

Yes! We handle bulk and corporate party orders for schools, daycare centers, birthday planners, and companies. Contact us directly for custom pricing and packages.
